This section attempts to replicate your transaction mandate process. It applies to approval<\/strong> and\u00a0gives you the opportunity to:<\/p>\n

• grant users permission to approve transactions<\/li>\n
• set transaction limits and how many users are required to approve<\/strong> transactions before authorization and commit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Signatory Groups<\/h4>\n

  To setup signatory groups:<\/p>\n

  • Click Manage Signatory Group<\/strong>\u00a0->\u00a0Create Signatory Group<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Fill in signatory group name (any descriptive name e.g. Company Signatory Group)<\/li>\n
  • Click\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    On the next page:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Select the drop down beside the\u00a0User<\/strong> Role <\/strong>label, select\u00a0Corporate Approving Officer\u00a0<\/strong>and click on the\u00a0Search<\/strong> button<\/li>\n
    • Check the boxes beside the names displayed and click\u00a0Attach<\/strong> at the top left<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Repeat the last two steps\u00a0for the\u00a0Corporate Authorizing Officer\u00a0<\/strong>role if corporate authorizing officers are to approve transactions before authirization and commit.<\/p>\n

      Approval Limits<\/h4>\n

      To setup limits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Click\u00a0Manage Approval Limit<\/strong> ->\u00a0Create Approval Limit<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Fill in details:\n

        • Approval Limit Name:\u00a0<\/strong>Any descriptive name (e.g. Company Approval Limit)<\/li>\n
        • Limit (N):<\/strong> This is the transaction amount limit per record in a batch. Please ensure commas (,) are not included in the figures.<\/li>\n
        • Max Signature Required:<\/strong> This is the number of users required to\u00a0approve\u00a0<\/strong>transactions before authorization and commit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Click\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          On the next page:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Select the previously created signatory group from the drop down beside the\u00a0Signatory Group<\/strong> label<\/li>\n
          • Enter the same number of signatures you filled in on the previous page<\/li>\n
